Job Duties
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Work with the board upper management determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Review and set up daily activities with our operations team.
Set up next day schedules and activities with dispatch team.
Tracked the working hours of the employees and submitted to HR.
Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment.
Able to manage our equipment with our dispatch team as well as our maintenance team.
