Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Ensure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
Job Duties
Maintain inventory records.
Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
Perform cycle counting, inventory exceptions, problem resolution.
Research and reconcile discrepancies.
Identify inventory shrinkage.
Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
Identify issues and effectively communicate with team or management.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
Deadline driven and resourceful with ability to take direction.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Knowledge and Skills
Cycle Counting and/or Inventory Control: 2 years (Required)
Warehouse Management System (WMS): 2 years (Required)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong analytical ability and detail-oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Have working knowledge of MS Office to include, Outlook, Excel, PKMS, etc.
Knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Ability to multi-task within the inventory control department
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
Ability to frequently lift/carry/push/pull at least 50lbs
Ability to work with limited supervision
Ability to train others on daily work assignments when needed
Must have good attendance and be a team player, self-motivated, self-starter
Ability to work under pressure to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with others at all levels within the business.
